The staff was very helpful throughout our stay, especially in sorting out issues. The location was convenient, except for the challenging exit. The hotel was very nice and clean, with small but clean rooms in a good geographical location. The service was extremely personable and helpful during our unexpected overnight stay. The location was ideal for us, close to Dickinson College, although there was a caution about the Berm of Death at the exit. The dining experience was outstanding with plenty of food options, and the facilities were excellent and convenient.
